Shipping & Returns Policy
Animal Bioscience/LeapYears^®

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of you placing the order using USPS or UPS depending on your location and fastest available service. We aim to have your orders delivered in a time frame between 3 to 6 business days; however, you may receive your items earlier.  All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with postal delays beyond our control.

Refunds and Exchanges

Exchanges and refunds may be offered in an instance of an incorrect/incomplete order, manufacturing or shipping mistakes, or other related issues. Each exchange/refund request must first be reviewed and approved by the Leap Years^® team. Refunds cannot be issued once the bottle’s seal is broken; refund requests must be given within one week of order delivery. We do not issue refunds if your dog does not like the chews so please order responsibly if you have a picky dog! We also do not issue refunds/replacements if you enter an incorrect shipping address for an order and it is successfully delivered to that incorrect address that was given, so please carefully check to make sure the shipping address is correct before placing an order.

To return an item, place it safely in secure packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Customers must email us the tracking information for their return so we can alert our warehouse team, otherwise it could severely delay the issuance of your refund.

Refunds

If a refund is approved by the LeapYears^® team, after we have received your returned item and inspected its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
