Dr. Ginny Rentko
Dr. Ginny Rentko is a board-certified veterinary internal medicine specialist who brings over 30 years of deep clinical and pre-clinical veterinary expertise to LeapYears®. Before pioneering the future of canine longevity care, Dr. Rentko served as a medical director at a prominent veterinary school hospital, dedicating her life to complex animal wellness.
Disturbed by how rapidly a dog’s healthspan can degrade even while their lifespan is extended, Dr. Rentko’s focus has been on changing aging at it absolute source: cellular decline.
Under her guidance, LeapYears® was developed at Animal Biosciences (co-founded by Harvard geneticist Dr. David Sinclair) as a dual-action system that doesn’t simply manage the outward signs of aging, but actively addresses cellular decline from the inside out.
